Flexcare
Flexcare offers 7 different health and dental plans (3 of which are guaranteed issue) and many add-on benefits so that you can design a health plan that best meets your specific needs.
FollowMe
FollowMe offers 4 guaranteed issue plans which are designed to "bridge the gap" for people who are leaving a group plan due to job loss or retirement so that their health and dental coverage is not interrupted. As long as you apply within 90 days of leaving your group plan, you are guaranteed acceptance with FollowMe.
Association Plan
The Association Health & Dental Plan has 8 different options for you to choose from - helping you find a plan that best suits your needs and budget. Most options are guaranteed acceptance, making them the perfect fit if you are looking for comprehensive coverage without the need for a medical exam.
Guaranteed Issue Enhanced Plan
The Guaranteed Issue Enhanced Plan is guaranteed acceptance at time of application, making it an ideal solution if you have pre-existing medical conditions or have been denied health coverage previously. The plan provides comprehensive health and dental coverage, with a high drug benefit ($2,500 in paid expenses) and coverage for Lifestyle drugs, without the need for a medical exam.
